In 2023, the 360-degree IT services provider synaforce was created through the merger of several IT companies from all over Germany. As a new company in a competitive market environment, synaforce faced the challenge of differentiating itself from the competition with a consistent brand identity. The IT industry is highly competitive, especially when it comes to demanding areas such as data security and cloud solutions. A clear, understandable message and a convincing approach are crucial here in order to build trust in a new brand and reach the desired target group.

The new HubSpot-based website forms the centrepiece of synaforce's internal and external communication. From here, the various target groups are addressed and at the same time a strong internal identity is promoted. Thanks to this approach, all content - from marketing campaigns and PR activities to internal communication - is harmonised and conveys a consistent brand message both internally and externally. The results show that this strategy is successful: thanks to the clear focus of communication, synaforce was quickly recognised as a trustworthy partner in the industry. The brand successfully positioned itself as a provider of innovative and sustainable IT services and at the same time as an attractive employer in a tight labour market.
Successful interplay of targeted campaigns and PR
From the outset, the strategy also included digital campaigns on social media and performance marketing campaigns that were specifically tailored to the needs of the target group. Evernine designed and implemented the first campaigns, which generated a high level of engagement among the target group and aroused interest in the synaforce brand. In addition, a comprehensive PR campaign, as part of which Evernine successfully organised and implemented a press and partner event for synaforce in the summer of 2023, generated a high level of media attention within the IT channel.
